Free, confidential health information and advice at your fingertips. Breastfeeding telephone support provided by a Health Connection Nurse Monday to Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm.
Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit: Healthy Babies Healthy Children Program


For women and their families in the prenatal period, and families with children from birth until their transition to school. Program offers support in the home to children and parents identified with difficulties to help with healthy pregnancy, feeding (including breastfeeding), nutrition education, healthy child development, baby care, safety, adjusting to parenthood, and more. Self-referral is encouraged.

Midland Midwives By The Bay: Breastfeeding and Newborn Clinic



All individuals in North Simcoe - do not need to be client of Midwives by the Bay. Lactation Consultant support by appointment only Monday-Friday (excluding Tuesdays). Provide assessment and treatment plans on infant feeding, neonatal jaundice and well-mom and baby care.

Online peer support group for expecting or new mamas who are feeding babies.  Provides an opportunity to take part in open discussions on various social, developmental and educational topics in a caring, non-judgmental, mother to mother support environment and to listen to a guest speaker twice per month. Provides support and advice on parenting and feeding from Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife and Lactation Consultant
