If you are a retailer of tobacco or vape products, here is a guide that can serve as a quick reference to what you should know to ensure your business is meeting the requirements set out in the Smoke-Free Ontario Act. It is not intended to be considered as legal advice.

ATTENTION:  Are you a specialty vape shop?

Effective October 17, 2018 you are required to register your specialty vape shop with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit. For information and help to register, contact Health Connection Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
