The Healthy Babies Healthy Children program is free and offers help and support (by phone or during a home visit) to those who are pregnant and to families with children up to age 6. A public health nurse can talk to you about nutrition, health during pregnancy, your health after having a baby, breastfeeding, your baby’s growth and development and comforting and soothing your baby.
