Who Can Access Our Clinics? Our clinics are for residents of Simcoe County and the District of Muskoka . If your child attends school in this region and has received a notice from us, you can:
Book an appointment at a Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit clinic, or Visit your family health care provider. If you live outside Simcoe Muskoka, please contact your local Public Health Unit or health care provider to arrange vaccination.
Routine Immunization Clinics We provide publicly funded vaccines to eligible individuals of all ages who do not have access through a health care provider . Vaccines are offered by appointment only at our health unit offices.
Vaccines available include those for:
Infants and children Youth and adolescents Adults who are overdue or need to catch up Note: You will need a separate appointment for each person being immunized.

MMR Vaccine & Travel Information If you have questions about measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) vaccine eligibility, here's what the Canadian Immunization Guide (CIG) recommends:
Infants 6–11 months: 1 dose of MMR (two additional doses needed on or after the child's first birthday) Adults born in or after 1970: 2 doses of MMR Adults born before 1970: 1 dose of MMR Travel Information For travel, children under 4 years of age who have received one dose of MMR (according to the routine schedule) should be considered for an early second dose.
The Public Health Agency of Canada provides updated travel health notices and information on measles cases.
All individuals, whether or not they are travelling, should ensure they are immunized according to the Publicly Funded Immunization Schedules for Ontario

Other Clinics Available: Clinic Safety Information All Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit community, office or school-based vaccination clinics are now mask friendly.
Masks will be made available at the entrance to all our clinics for those who wish to wear one. There is limited space within the vaccination clinic in order to maintain physical distancing. If you need a support person to accompany you, we recommend you bring only one person.
