The office is relocating to the new Georgian Bay District Secondary School during this week, and will reopen on April 23.
Clinics, classes and other appointments have been cancelled or postponed during the week. Some services will be disrupted.
Vaccine ordering and pick up
For medical services requiring vaccines, the last day for pick-up of vaccine at the old office will be Friday, April 12. There will be no vaccine pick-up available from April 15–19. For pick-up after reopening, orders will need to be placed by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17 and will be ready for pick-up in our new office location starting Wednesday April 24.
Private water samples
Between April 15 and 22 there is no water sample bottle pick up or drop off at the Midland Office. You can pick up bottles or drop off your samples at the Barrie office by 4 pm on Monday, April 15 and Tuesday, April 16 only. Otherwise you can drop off your water samples at the Public Health Ontario Lab at 750 Memorial Ave, Orillia as follows.
Monday – Thursday, April 15–18, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Friday – Sunday Closed
Monday, April 22, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
