Book Your Routine Immunization Appointment

We offer publicly funded vaccines for infants, children, youth and adults who live in Simcoe Muskoka and do not have access to vaccines through their healthcare provider.  These are available by appointment only at all Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit offices. 

If you are booking for more than one person, please note that each person requires a separate appointment.

• Don't have your immunization records
• Are unsure which vaccines you need
• Need more time or feel anxious about your appointment
• Meet the high-risk criteria outlined on pages 7-8 of Ontario Routine Immunization Schedule
• Would like more information about, or require the Mpox vaccine

What to Expect at Your Appointment

• Masks are welcome at all our clinics (community, office, school).  Free masks are available at the entrance.
• To help maintain physical distance, we ask that you bring only one support person if needed.
• Space is limited so please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
