Location: 80 Bradford Street in the Barrie by the Bay building (behind Tim Horton’s). Use

building entrance #5 to get to the clinic.

Hours of Operation: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

                                      Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am to 6:00pm

 NOTE: 24 hour needle disposal slot accessed through the outside wall beside the staff entrance facing Bradford Street.

Please note: entrance and parking lot are off Gervais Street. There are health unit assigned parking spaces in the lot.

Centre de santé communautaire CHIGAMIK Community Health Centre - Midland

Location: 845 King Street, Unit #10 in the plaza across from Tim Horton’s on King Street

Clients of the CHC and community members can access this in a bilingual, culturally-relevant setting.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm

                                      Wednesday 8:30am to 7:00pm

**Note the Community Health Centre (CHC) is closed for lunch daily from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
