Whether you have a specific problem or are just looking for advice on common, everyday issues from toddler tantrums to teenage rebellion, Triple P can help you build confidence and skills.
- The health unit offers one-on-one parenting counseling with a public health nurse over the phone at Health Connection using Triple P and other parenting supports.
- All parents can benefit from parenting help. Providers from many agencies in the community offer Triple P.
