Summer is a great time to quit smoking. You can take advantage of the nice weather to stay busy and get active to help you stay focused on your goal.

SIMCOE COUNTY – Summer is a great time to quit smoking. You can take advantage of the nice weather to stay busy and get active to help you stay focused on your goal.

If you think it’s time, you can get support this summer to quit at one of the free, three-hour STOP workshops taking place around our area. At the workshop participants will receive a free supply of nicotine patches to help control cravings, along with counselling and quit tips. 

The STOP (Smoking Treatment for Ontario Patients) workshops are hosted by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit in partnership with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health

Pre-registration is required by calling Health Connection at 705-721-7520 or 1-877-721-7520.

Call today and get help to become tobacco free this summer.
