Free three-hour quit smoking workshops

SIMCOE MUSKOKA – Picture yourself smoke free this summer. Imagine yourself feeling better, breathing easier and having more cash in your pocket.

Now pick up the phone and register for a free STOP workshop being hosted by the health unit in June.

Join in a three-hour workshop where participants will receive a free supply of nicotine replacement therapy in the form of nicotine patches to help curb cravings. Counselling will also be provided on how to use the clinically proven and effective quitting supports to increase your chances of breaking your addiction that kills one of every two long-term user.
