SIMCOE MUSKOKA - Head into the fall season with a healthy goal – to quit smoking and join the majority of residents who choose to be tobacco free.

SIMCOE MUSKOKA - Head into the fall season with a healthy goal – to quit smoking and join the majority of residents who choose to be tobacco free. 

The Health Unit is ready to help with a free STOP workshop. The three-hour workshop will help you plan your quit and support you with a free five-week supply of the nicotine patch.

Pre-registration is required for all workshops by calling the health unit’s Health Connection line at 705-721-7520 or toll free at 1-877-721-7520.  Workshops are being scheduled throughout the Simcoe Muskoka region in the coming months. If you don’t see one in your area check back regularly for updates.
