HUNTSVILLE – Imagine being smoke free by the summer. You can do it with practice and support that starts with a free, three-hour STOP Workshop on March 31.

The workshop, hosted by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, includes a free five-week supply of the nicotine patch, counselling and support on how to use it effectively and tips to help you reach your goal to be smoke free this summer.

Pre-registration is required through Health Connection at 705-721-7520 or 1-877-721-7520 for the workshop being held on Tuesday, March 31 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m..
