SIMCOE MUSKOKA - Imagine being smoke free by Christmas! Quit smoking with a free STOP smoking workshop hosted by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit in a number of locations across the area this fall.
Participants will get a free supply of the nicotine replacement patch, support to use quit products correctly as well as help to deal with cravings at the workshops taking place in Midland and Ramara in October and in Bradford, Barrie, Innisfil and Orillia in November.
Workshops are free but you must register in advance by calling Health Connection, 705-721-7520 or 1-877-721-7520 any time Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
