1. Pursuant to Section 56 (1) (a) & (b) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, the Board of Health shall pass a bylaw respecting banking and finance and the management of property, and may pass a bylaw on any other matter necessary or advisable for the management of the affairs of the Board of Health under Section 56 (2).
2. In this bylaw;
   1. "Act" means the Health Protection and Promotion Act; R.S.O. 1990.
   2. "Board" means the Board of Health for the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit.
3. Any two of the designated cheque signing authorities as specified in Bylaw 2005-02 may sign on behalf of the Board all contracts, arrangements, conveyances, mortgages, obligations or other documents as may be required and as authorized by the Board.

By-law 2005-11 read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of April, 2005.
