Regular physical activity will reduce your risk of having a fall, by increasing strength, balance, flexibility, improving posture and preventing bone loss.
Take a look at the Canadian physical activity guidelines for ways you can get yourself moving and how much time you need to spend doing it. It is NEVER too late to start! Always check with your doctor before starting a new physical activity.
