Hannah chanted:
“Stop, look and listen, before you cross the street.
Use your eyes and use your ears, before you use your feet.”

Jack held Hannah’s and Little Monkey’s hands as they looked both ways to make sure it was safe to cross the street. A car pulled up to the stop sign. Jack looked at the driver to make sure she saw them. The driver waved for them to go, and they walked across the street holding hands.
