It offers callers with free information, advice and support from trained Quit Specialists. It is also helpful for people who want to help someone quit.
  • Get on Track - A self-help manual available from the Lung Association provides common sense advice on how to get ready to quit; what to do when you're quitting; and how to stay a non-smoker after you've quit. Order by calling the Lung Health Information line at 1-800-972-2636. It is a free call.
