 MotherCare is a weekly drop-in program that provides information and support to pregnant individuals who are low-income, teen/young parents or are new to Canada.

Free, informal, drop-in for pregnant women and new mothers with babies up to 6 months.  Participants receive support and information to promote a healthy pregnancy, breastfeeding, pre and postnatal nutrition and community resources.  In addition, free milk, nutritious foods, and prenatal vitamins are provided.
