Kids Are Unpredictable - Survey

Kids are curious, active and imaginative. They often take chances that can result in an injury.

"Kids Are Unpredictable, Injuries Don't Have To Be" is a brochure for parents and guardians about how to prevent injuries in children. The health unit has distributed this brochure to parents in Simcoe and Muskoka through schools, daycamps and community centres.

If you are a parent, grandparent, caregiver, or teacher of a 5 to 9 year old child, please take five minutes and help us evaluate the brochure information.

At the end we invite you to enter a draw for one of eight $25.00 Chapters Gift Certificates.
