cereal or plain granola bars, oatmeal or fig cookies with milk
raw vegetables with yogurt dip or cottage cheese
whole grain crackers with cheese
raisin bread with peanut butter
whole grain cereal (dry or with milk) and fruit
yogurt, pudding (made with milk) or low-fat string cheese and chunks of fruit
