How much fibre should I eat every day?

Healthy amounts of fibre are different depending on your age and gender. Follow the recommendations in Canada’s Food Guide. Eating vegetables and fruits, whole grains, meat alternatives and other fibre-containing foods will help you achieve the right amount of fibre in your diet.
