Public Health professionals will confidentially answer your questions about Postpartum Mood Disorder as well as other questions about the health of your or your family. Healthy Babies Healthy Children
The Healthy Babies Healthy Children program is free and offers help and support (by phone or during a home visit) to those who are pregnant and to families with children up to age 6. Public Health Nurses and Family Home Visitors can help you with information about Postpartum Mood Disorder, strategies around coping, tips for nurturing yourself, ways for improving communication with loved ones, referrals to local counseling and information about community resources including groups for Post Partum Depression.
