If not, the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit would like your help. We’d like you to fill out a survey to help us make it easier for people to use this service.
The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit works to help keep people healthy. We have programs to help people with

• Active living, preventing injuries
• Dental health, immunization
• Safe water, food safety

What is Health Connection?
Health Connection is our free information and advice service. It’s completely confidential. It’s for people who live in Simcoe County and Muskoka. You do not need a health card or a doctor to use it. Public health nurses and inspectors at Health Connection can link you to health unit programs and services. We can also link you to other community services such as parenting programs or car seat inspection clinics. If you want information to protect your good health and the health of your family you can use Health Connection. There are many ways to connect.

We have a telephone translation service so you can use the language you prefer. There are a lot of health information lines. Sometimes people call Telehealth if they want to talk to someone because they are sick or have been hurt. Health Connection is different – it is a part of your local Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit.
