Bradford gets a Breastfeeding Place

When moms have a place where they can share their breastfeeding experiences, it encourages all families with newborns to start breastfeeding, and keep it up. While the Ontario Early Years program offers support in South Simcoe, there are not many services to help breastfeeding moms in Bradford West Gwillimbury.

Now, there is a drop-in. The health unit has created one of its Breastfeeding Place programs in partnership with the Ontario Early Years Centre and the Bradford West GwillimburyPublic Library.  Bradford Breastfeeding Place will be operating every Thursday from 1 to 2:30 p.m., beginning on April 14 at the library.

Join us on the 14th when we celebrate the launch of this new service!

Other Breastfeeding Places are located in Collingwood, Alliston and Barrie.
