COMPASS (Community Partners with Schools) is a network of Community School Teams across Simcoe County. COMPASS teams link schools (elementary and secondary) with local providers of community supports and services including:
COMPASS provides an opportunity for schools and community partners to draw on the expertise and resources that exist in local communities and to collaboratively identify and address issues affecting children, youth, families, schools and communities.
There are nine COMPASS Community School Teams across Simcoe County: Angus, Barrie, Bradford, Georgian West, Innisfil, North Simcoe, Orillia, South West Simcoe and a Francophone COMPASS serving Simcoe County.

These meetings are the analogy to COMPASS in the District of Muskoka. As with COMPASS, community partners who are involved with the Breakfast meetings work with schools to share programs and resources to enhance student learning.
