Below you will find examples of sample idling control bylaws from municipalities in Simcoe Muskoka. Additional samples are also provided from other jurisdictions in Ontario. With permission of the municipality, PDF copies of some bylaws are provided. Others have a link to the municipal website where an electronic version of the bylaw is available. These samples are included to illustrate how idling control bylaws are worded as well as some of the common provisions and exemptions.
