Free quit smoking workshops in Huntsville, Gravenhurst, MacTier, Port Severn

MUSKOKA – Imagine being smoke free this summer. If you are ready to make a quit attempt, the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is ready to help.

MUSKOKA – Imagine being smoke free this summer. If you are ready to make a quit attempt, the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is ready to help. It is offering three–hour STOP workshops that include a free supply of the patch and other supports to help you succeed.  

Huntsville: Wednesday, May 25, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Port Severn: Tuesday, May 31, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.                

Gravenhurst: Thursday, June 2, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

MacTier: Thursday, June 16, 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. 

Bracebridge:   Thursday, June 23, 4:00 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Other workshops in late May and June are taking place in Wasaga Beach, Barrie, Stayner and Midland.
