Have questions or concerns?

Join the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit at a free car seat clinic.

Date: Friday, May 29

Time: 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Location: Collingwood Centennial Aquatic Centre
                  451 Third Street, Collingwood

Please come with your car seat installed to the best of your ability and bring your vehicle owner’s manual, car seat instructions and your questions.

To schedule an appointment or for further information please contact Health Connection at 705-721-7520 or toll free at 1-877-721-7520.

When installing and using a new car seat it is important to sit down and read the car seat instructions as well as the child restraint section of your vehicle owner’s manual. As all car seats and vehicles are made differently, this is the best way to ensure that you use the seat correctly.  For more information on car seat safety visit www.parachutecanada.org (Injury Topics – Car seats)

This clinic is sponsored by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, and Collingwood and The Blue Mountains OPP.
