  • Recognize accomplishment and benefits.
    Being active on a regular basis is contributing to your health and well-being.
    Good for you!

ASSIST:

  • Encourage ongoing awareness of triggers and pitfalls.
    New people and new situations may bring new temptations. Be aware of these pitfalls and adapt your plan if required.
  • Emphasize importance of continuing to reward self.
    Make sure you remember to reward yourself for continuing. You deserve it!
