  • Compliment decision and accomplishment of following the LRDGs.

  • Encourage rewarding self.
    What have you done to reward yourself?
    Have you had fun with friends or family or been to a new place?
  • Encourage identification of what is working and existing barriers.

    You should be pleased with yourself.
