Sun Safe Event Planning Guide for Outdoor Events
This planning guide provided by Toronto Public Health may assist your workplace to reduce or avoid ultraviolet radiation exposure. Ensuring there is adequate built and/or natural shade on the workplace property is important so that breaks/meals/staff events can take place in an area that minimized sun exposure. Built shade can be obtained simply by providing umbrellas at picnic tables.
