Triple P Parenting

Small Changes, Big Differences

Triple PWhether a child is a toddler or a teenager, or somewhere in between, there are sure to be times when parents have struggled with their child’s behaviour. From bedtime problems, coping with anxiety, to homework and chores Triple P can help parents work together with their children and teens to improve behaviour over time.

Triple P has the answers to common parenting questions and needs. Parents can talk with someone over the telephone, in person, individually or in a group—Triple P can be tailored to suit individual needs.

Triple P programs are available in Simcoe Muskoka and other communities across Ontario. Training for health care practitioners to use this program in the clinic setting is also available. For more information, parents or health care practitioners can contact Health Connection, 705-721-7520 or 1-877-721-7520 or go to the Triple P Website.
