Family Home Visitors

Family home visitors are just what they sound like—peer-to-peer support workers—a buddy to help families in the areas where they need a little extra support. Family home visitors can help moms and dads who qualify for the Healthy Babies Healthy Children Program to access community resources, provide information about basic parenting, and give emotional support to women who are pregnant and to families with children up to six years of age.
