Free nicotine patches to help quit tobacco

SIMCOE MUSKOKA - The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is hosting free STOP workshops all around the region to help people ready to quit tobacco.

SIMCOE MUSKOKA - The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is hosting free STOP workshops all around the region to help people ready to quit tobacco.

It only takes one three-hour commitment to get you started on the road to a tobacco-free life. The workshop includes a free 5-week supply of the nicotine patch and counselling to use them successfully.

Pre-registration is required for all workshops by calling the health unit’s Health Connection line at 705-721-7520 or toll free at 1-877-721-7520. Additional workshops will be scheduled throughout the Simcoe Muskoka region in the coming months. Check back regularly for updates.
