Free February STOP Workshops help you quit smoking

Bracebridge, Collingwood and Orillia residents can get free quit-smoking support, including a five-week supply of the nicotine patch, at February STOP Smoking Workshops being hosted by the health unit.

Bracebridge, Collingwood and Orillia residents can get free quit-smoking support, including a five-week supply of the nicotine patch, at February STOP Smoking Workshops being hosted by the health unit. 

Register through Health Connection at 705-721-7520 or 1-877-721-7520 for one of the workshops that will provide counselling on how to properly use the patch to support your quit attempt, along with tips and other resources to help you get started.  

The dates of the February workshops are as follows. Check out the website at www.simcoemuskokahealth.org for additional workshops coming this spring.

Bracebridge   Thurs. Feb.   5   12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Collingwood   Thurs. Feb. 19         10 a.m. –     1 p.m.

Orillia              Thurs.  Feb. 26     1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
