Free patches will help Stop Smoking Workshop participants

The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is hosting a three-hour quit smoking workshop for people who want help to quit.

MIDLAND – The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is hosting a three-hour quit smoking workshop for people who want help to quit. Becoming smoke-free is the single best thing you can do to protect your health. Participants at the workshop being held  Monday,  Dec. 1, from  4-7 p.m. will receive a free five-week supply of nicotine patches and counseling on how to use them  to help reduce the cravings. Pre-registration is required by calling Health Connection at 705-721-7520.  Space is limited, so register today or visit www.simcoemuskokahealth.org for more workshop dates.
