Weedless Wednesday - Challenge yourself to think about quitting

Try to go without lighting up or chewing dip today.

If that becomes too hard, focus on delaying your next one for 10 minutes, then 10 minutes more.

If you still have trouble, it’s time to think about putting a plan in place to help you make the break.

  • The first step is to choose a quit date.
  • Talk to your healthcare provider or pharmacist about medications that can help.
  • Enlist a friend for moral support.
  • Contact Smokers’ Helpline for free online, text, or one-to-one telephone support.
