SIMCOE MUSKOKA - The scary displays that are popping up for Halloween are nowhere near as frightening as the health effects linked to smoking.  Don’t wait for them to get you—decide now that it’s time to quit smoking! Register for one of six free STOP Smoking workshops taking place in local communities in October. In a three-hour workshop you will receive counselling support and a free supply of nicotine patches to help you quit successfully.

Pre-registration is required by calling the Health Connection phone line at 1-877-721-7520 or 705-721-7520. (The health line is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
